By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

ChaseWise is an AI-powered tool that helps small businesses generate debt collection email drafts. We provide templates and AI assistance for drafting professional communication regarding overdue invoices. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending the final communications.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your email address is active and you can receive communications from us

You must not share your account credentials with any third party.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service:

• For harassment, intimidation, or abuse of any person or entity
• In violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• For sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
• To infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• To access or attempt to access the Service in an unauthorized manner
• To interfere with the security or functionality of the Service

If you are located in the United States, you agree that all collection communications you send using our Service comply with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and any other applicable debt collection laws in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure any communication you send complies with all applicable laws.

Payments and Subscriptions

Pro access is available for a monthly subscription fee of $4.90 USD. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis.

• All payments are processed by Creem, our payment processor. Your payment information is handled directly by Creem and is not stored on our servers.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• We offer a 7-day refund guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days, contact us for a full refund.
• We reserve the right to change the subscription price with 30 days notice prior to the next billing cycle.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original design, text, graphics, software, and code, is the exclusive property of ChaseWise. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or resell any part of the Service without our explicit written permission.

The AI-generated content you create using the Service is yours to use for your business purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content generated by the Service.

AI-generated content is for drafting purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the final content before sending it. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or legal issues resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ChaseWise, its directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including any loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data, resulting from your use of the Service, whether in contract, tort, or other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using the Service and cancel your account.

Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may either delete your account directly or contact us at jbing673@gmail.com.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email to registered users 30 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
